| About the service: Please note, spaces on each coach are limited. If your first choice of coach time is unavailable, please select another Transport between Manchester Airport and Lancaster University campus will be in the form of coaches, meaning that you will travel with other students. Each student must book their own space – please do not book a space on behalf of a friend. You can book up to 2 spaces for guests who do not attend the university if they are accompanying you on your arrival to campus. You will need your email address and College name in order to make a booking. You can bring 2 pieces of hold luggage (i.e. 2 suitcases) and 1 piece of hand luggage. Student Ambassadors from Lancaster University will be positioned at a meeting point in Manchester Airport and will escort you to the coach. The travel time from the airport to campus is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. When selecting a coach time, please choose one that is at least 2.5 hours after your flight arrival time, to allow enough time to disembark, clear the UK border control, collect your luggage, and make your way to the coach departure meeting point. Spaces are limited and will be on a 'first come, first served' basis. If your preferred time slot is full at the time of booking, you'll need to choose an alternate departure time.
