Class 2 (Improver): Fridays, 2.00-2.50pm, at Garstang Arts Centre. Please note that the tai chi classes do not take place on the fourth Friday of every month. Michaelmas term: 2 October to 11 December 2026. Lent term: 15 January to 19 March 2027. Summer term: 30 April to 18 June 2027.

In addition to the membership fee to Garstang Arts Centre, there is an additional fee of £3 per week for the Tai Chi class. This fee is paid to Lancaster University Confucius Institute to help cover the costs for the class.
