Day Trip to York Christmas Markets

| Saturday 5 December £20 per person Open to students and staff from all colleges. Itinerary: 07:15 - Town pickup (South Road, south bound side RLI bus stop) 07:30 - campus pickup (Management School bus stop) 09:40 (approx.) Arrive in York for a full day exploring the city and Christmas Markets 17:00 Back on the coach to travel home. 19:10 (approx.) - campus drop off, followed by a drop off in Lancaster city centre Travelling to the wonderful city of York – explore the Shambles, the Minster, the Railway museum and of course the Christmas Markets. This is not a guided tour – we suggest you do some research on York before the trip, so you know what you want to see and do. Price includes coach travel only. Please also note: Ticket sales will remain open until Friday 4 December at 12pm (midday) – or until they sell out (whichever is sooner). All queries prior to the day of the trip should be directed to Jane Hulland on Teams, or [email protected] You will receive an automatic receipt of payment from the estore. During office hours, you will also be sent an email containing confirmation of the itinerary. This information will also be available on the teams group and libcal for you to view at any time. ** NON-STUDENT GUESTS: Adult guests who are not students are welcome to join the trip with you – their ticket will cost the same amount. University staff are welcome to join the trip, and bring their partner/children as well – simply purchase tickets via the online store. CHILDREN: Children under 2 years old can be carried on a parent’s knee for free on the coach.
