Chinese Language Beginner Level 2 Course

A 9 week beginners Chinese Mandarin language course for all students, staff and general public from 16 October to 11 December 2025. Thursdays from 6.15pm to 7.45pm at Lancaster University Confucius Institute (The Roundhouse)

For those who have learned around 200 Chinese words. Participants will learn a further 200 words around various topics (people's appearances, addresses, contact numbers, birthdays and invitations). The course will cover Discover China book 1, units 4-6. To make progress during the course you will need to allocate at least 3 hours per week for revision of each class and learning characters.
